Hi- 5 Netball Champions
Well done to our Hi-5 Netball team who were successful at the local area competition today, consequently earning a place at the North Shropshire Level 2 Tournament.
The team made their way to the finals where they competed against Baschurch Primary which resulted in a 7-2 win to Ruyton!
Congratulations Billy, Will, Max, Owen, Ellie, Izzy, Lottie and Ffion! Good luck in your training for the next round.
Poppy Appeal 2018
Year 6 pupils will be selling poppies after half term during break and lunchtime in readiness for Remembrance day on Sunday 11th November 2018. However, if you wish to make a contribution before then, please pop in to the school office. We also have some pin badges, friendship bracelets and wristbands available (wristbands/bracelets must not be worn in school). Suggested donations for these items vary between 50p and £1.50.

Local football friendly
On Wednesday, St John’s welcomed girls and boys football teams from Baschurch and Myddle for the first round-robin tournament of the season. All the children showed brilliant skill and lots of improvement whilst the sun shone in Ruyton! Well done to all the children involved; a great afternoon of football with the support of Jonny Hughes Coaching.
