This week is National Storytelling week. It takes place every year and is a celebration of the power of sharing stories. We love sharing stories in Rabbits class. Today we listened to storyteller Wendy Shearer tell us the story of a grumpy gecko and she told us some top tips on how to become a storyteller.
We made our own story cubes. Once we had made them, we rolled them to see what picture they landed on. Then we had to tell a story based on that picture. We all have such brilliant imaginations so our stories were very interesting and very funny too!
We shared our stories in small groups and some of us were brave enough to tell our story to the whole class!
